The Paralegal will be responsible for various projects within the Legal team relating to all corporate legal matters. This role will leverage both traditional legal expertise and emerging and existing technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across legal workflows.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall project management of assigned GBX Group tax assets and real estate investments. This role coordinates people, projects, and processes, maintains project timelines, manages documentation, and addresses critical issues to advance project objectives and meet overall Company investment goals.
The Senior Analyst is responsible for underwriting real estate acquisition and evaluating real estate investment opportunities and supporting strategic decision-making across GBX Group's portfolio of historic and complex real estate assets. This role develops financial analyses and reporting that inform investment, asset management, and portfolio decisions while partnering with stakeholders across the organization to deliver actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
The Tax Associate will be responsible for providing support to the in-house tax team. They will be responsible for providing general audit management, assisting the tax compliance team in preparing specialized tax disclosures, drafting IDR responses, preparing appeals protests and managing the appeals process.
